Moe Life Skills Community Centre
Participation in our literacy courses are preparing for their entries into the Dulcie Stone Writers Competition 2019. This competition is designed to showcase the voices of people with intellectual disability and recognises the lifetime contribution of Dulcie Stone to services for people with intellectual disability and writing. The competition is hosted by VALID Victorian Advocacy League for Individuals with Disability) and Writers Victoria.
In 2018 Moe Life Skills participant Andrew won a prize for his piece of work, Community, Here I come. This year’s theme for the competition is Having Your Say: What does it really mean to be able to have your say?
We look forward to reading the entries and good luck to Moe Life Skills participants.
